Welcome to Mountain Ridge! This lovely Lennar Home is wonderfully kept and beautifully presented in this charming neighborhood. The street ends to the West in a private Cul-De-Sac which reduces the amount of everyday traffic to our home. This home and the surrounding community enjoy a close location to Douglas Miller Elementary School of the Panama Buena Vista School District. This floor plan is well loved by all and the front facing bonus room is very nice. Many have turned the bonus room into a private, work from home office. The bedrooms are spacious and each set of windows allows in good, natural light. The great room is adjacent to the kitchen and the flow between these rooms is effortless. You can access the backyard quickly through a sliding glass door, North edge of the great room. The kitchen is lovely featuring granite counter tops, espresso colored cabinets and stainless steel appliances. This is a home that you simply MUST Tour so we invite you to do so!
